Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi, Subhan-Allahi-Azim
According to most of the scholars, the virtue of one hundred thousand rakats in one rakāt applies to the entire human race. Many people think that this virtue is only applicable to Mūsā (AS) himself, however, it clearly says above the differences there should be in effort to pray Mūsā (AS) rakāt.
Like we find other hadith from Abūh Shāh. He said, any prayer in Masjid-ul-Haram is a hundred thousand times more virtuous than the prayer in other places. (Ibn Majah, 1406; Musnad Ahmad 14934)
However, the Sunnah of the Rasūl (SAW) tells us the popular view of the hadith. Shāfii and most of the scholars of thought fit that this virtue applies to the entire human. The former Shaykh of Saudi Arabia Shaikh Abdul Azīz bin Bāz expressed the same opinion. According to them, although the word Masjid (mosque) is mentioned, it means the entire haram (Mecca) since Jabal (Kabah). Therefore, if you pray anywhere inside the Masjid-ul-Haram, you will get a hundred thousand rakats in one rakāt. Needless to say, although the prayer at the Kaaba and the Kaaba area is more meritorious than elsewhere in Mecca.
The evidence in favor of this opinion is that in various verses and hadiths, the word Masjid-ul-Haram is intended to mean the entire haram area. Such as Baqara 144-149. Although it is not separate from the house of Allah (Mina). He described the hadith like so: here Masjid-ul-Haram (Kabah) is the place for employing the virtues of prayer in the narrated hadith. The recital of the unified thousand times the reward (Mustadrakus Sahihin 1982). This hadith confirms the Islamic belief without mentioning the condition of the Masjid with a hundred thousand fold of Sawab.
Of course, if you want to be close to God, you should try to join the congregation of Masjid-ul-Haram instead of praying in a nafilat or far away from Makkan start to harness.
